Applications that use middle-class entrepreneurs in retail trusted enough or sophisticated but less integrated. That's what Microsoft used to make the application more simple and easy.
Based on a Gartner study, 47 percent of retailers use a simple application and not integrated. While the other 37 percent is considered less sophisticated but not inter-connected with other applications.
Now, with Microsoft Dynamics AX for Retail all advanced applications are now claimed to be more simple with integrated systems.
