News Seagate Announces Thinnest External Hard drive

HOT INFO from world technology..News Seagate announced its new product in the form of an external hard drive that claimed the world's thinnest. Named GoFlex Slim, thickness of just 9mm only.

When compared with the iPad 2, this hard drive is 0.2 mm thinner. Capacity of 320GB, Go Flex Slim 38% thinner than previous versions.

But with the body as thin as that, GoFlex Slim equipped with the latest technologies as well as USB 3.0 7200RPM to speed up the process of data transfer. This hard drive is also bundled with software to back up and encryption of files and folders.


Slim GoFlex compatible with Windows and Mac OS. While the price range is 80 pound sterling, or approximately USD 1.1 million. Seagate is targeting the slim netbook or laptop users who usually have internal storage that is not big enough.
