Workers at the factory iPad, Being treated like a machine

HOT NEWS TODAY Monday (05/02/2011). Apple iPad is okay to have reap success. Ironically, the success of the iPad would create 'hell'for the workers on duty at the plant making it a tablet PC. They are treated like machines, not human!

This report was issued two NGOs (non government organization) who conduct investigations in a factory owned by Foxconn - Apple's designated partner in making the iPhone and iPad - located in Shenzhen and Chengdu, China.

In its report, NGO named Centre for Research on Multinational Corporations and Students & Scholars Against Corporate Misbehaviour (Sacom) the claims of the two factories they have revealed that about 500 thousand employees work in conditions that do not reflect the success of the iPad.

Foxconn has been accused of excessive working hours as well as in applying a rule that binds the company's employees.

Even quoted HOT NEWS from the Guardian, the working conditions was categorized as an inhuman act and put the employees like a machine.

One of the findings of the two NGOs are the salary payment slip indicating that an employee has been running 98 hours overtime a month. In fact, overtime limits that legalized only limited to 36 hours each month.

Foxconn own iPad first produced at its factory in Chengdu in late November last year and targeted to deliver approximately 100 million units per year when the IPAD 2013.

The predicted Apple has sold more than 15 million units last year iPad worldwide. As for 2011, which has been running a few months, sales of tablet PCs it has reached 5 million units.
